One of the main challenges in implementing card payments at merchants’ points of sale is integrating the payment terminal with the cash register system. Nextpoint POS addresses this issue by enabling the connection between the cash register and the payment terminal without the need for physical cabling, which has traditionally been the de facto standard.
Nextpoint POS is designed and implemented as a cloud solution that allows the cash register to connect transparently with the terminal using modern technologies. In addition, Nextpoint POS enables the cashier software to manage multiple terminals simultaneously and allows a single terminal to serve multiple cash registers. TMS — Terminal Management System for Payment Networks
The Terminal Management System is designed and developed to simplify and automate the maintenance processes of the software installed on devices used for processing card transactions.
The core functionality of the TMS is to support remote administration and updates of payment applications, which includes software version management, remote configuration, asset management, monitoring the status of installed devices, and managing information about the merchants and stores where the equipment is deployed.
