CorvusPay d.o.o. is a company that has established a strong market presence as an IPG (Internet Payment Gateway) service provider. By leveraging its existing proprietary infrastructure, it has expanded its services to enable card payments in retail stores, restaurants, reception desks, in transportation, and on self-service devices and terminals.
On one such interesting project, we began our collaboration several years ago. It concerns the implementation of the e-Ticketing system for Promet Split. As part of this project, Laka industrija d.o.o. delivered the following equipment and services to enable card payments on buses, at Promet Split sales points, as well as on machines for selling paper tickets and for issuing, topping up, and extending the validity of contactless cards:
- A payment application for processing card transactions on the driver’s ticketing device.
- An integrated payment terminal / contactless card reader for ticket sales on the driver’s device (Ingenico iUC160b model).
- An integrated payment terminal / PIN entry device and contactless card reader for ticket sales at the paper ticket vending machine, as well as for issuing, topping up, and extending the validity of contactless cards (Ingenico iUP250 and iUC150b models).
- A desktop payment terminal / PIN entry device and contactless card reader for ticket sales at offices selling paper tickets, as well as for issuing, topping up, and extending the validity of contactless cards.
- A leased payment terminal management system that includes the management of configuration and parameters for the payment applications installed on the terminals.
